Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for products that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts not due to our error.
Non-returnable items include:

Items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts).

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us at {conatct@zhardwarepc.com} and send your product to {BLOC C N Rue 322, Agadir 80070}.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: BLOC C N Rue 322, Agadir 80070.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
